Papier Mache Vases and a Bowl
A 2023/4 group project
Using balloons, cardboard tubes, newspaper, flour/water paste, glue and paint we revisited the art of creating with papier mache. We had enormous fun creating these rather fanciful vases and bowls.
BAG'S Busts
A 2023 group project.
Art group members made caricatures of a fellow artist in clay, plaster bandage, paper plus anything else that came to hand. A sense of humour was required....
The busts were exhibited at the Festival of Creation held at St Mary's Church Burghfield.
Summer Exhibition 2022
Minicanvases, no bigger than 7cm x 9 cm, painted in the style of famous artists by members of the group during the 2022 Summer term. The canvases were exhibited at the Festival of Creation at Burghfield St Mary's Church.
Christmas Tree Festivals
The group regularily participates in the Christmas Tree Festival at St Mary's Church, Burghfield. Our 2021 tree was decorated with images produced during the pandemic
